Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bumz! We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, reliably, and with full transparency.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within the same business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) as long as the order is placed by 2pm (Pacific).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Custom or made-to-order items may take longer — we’ll note estimated processing times on the product page when applicable.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following options at checkout (rates calculated in real time based on weight, size, and destination):

Economy Shipping —
- United States (contiguous 48 states): 4–8 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: 7–12 business days

Expedited / 2-Day Shipping —

3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times begin after your order leaves our warehouse (i.e., after processing is complete).
Estimated total time (processing + transit):
- Domestic U.S. (standard): 5–11 business days
- Domestic expedited: 3–6 business days
- International: 8–25 business days (varies greatly by country and customs)
These are estimates only — we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays can occur due to carrier volume, weather, holidays, or customs processing.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information and a direct link.
You can also track your package anytime in [Your Account → Orders] or on the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories
- International - Shipping will be quoted based on destination. Please contact our support team.
We reserve the right to decline to ship to certain destinations.
6. International Orders & Customs
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other import charges. These are not included in the shipping rate and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.
- We have no control over customs delays or fees — please check with your local customs office for estimated charges.
- As of 2026, many countries (including the U.S. and EU) have removed or reduced de minimis thresholds, so even small packages may incur duties/taxes.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is significantly delayed (beyond the estimated window + 5 business days), contact us at support@bumzinc.com or chat with your order number.
- For damaged or lost packages, we’ll work with the carrier to file a claim. Please report issues within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost packages) and provide photos if applicable.
8. Address Changes & Errors
We use the shipping address provided at checkout. If you need to change the address after placing your order, contact us immediately — we can make changes only if the order has not yet been processed/shipped.
We are not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
9. Holiday & Peak Season Note
During major holidays (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) and peak shopping periods, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early for time-sensitive gifts.
